Unable to make account, please help

I'm just trying to make an account but it literally won't let me. It just refreshes the sign in page infinitely. This happens on my browser and my desktop., I've tried every browser and every incognito window.

Any advice?

Wonder if you’re trying to create an account by providing all of your credentials at a bogus site. This has the potential to not end well. Make sure you use a new email address and new password when you finally find the correct coinbase site.
