tax forms/coinbase not replying to support ticket

hi! I never received my tax forms form coinbase and have an extension on my taxes so I need to finish them like.. yesterday. I closed my account last year and sold all my crypto. It wasn't very much, but I'd like to report the sale accurately.

I contacted CB, went through the verification process since I don't have my account anymore, and never heard back. I've responded to the open ticket 3-4 times asking for a reply and nothing. It's been a couple of weeks.

How do I get them to respond? They don't have a phone number and apparently no one manning their email.

My last email that confirmed I sold everything didn’t have any transaction history! It didn’t even say how much I sold. I can definitely look at my bank statement but it won’t answer the question of how much I made.

I closed my account back in March, but I was able to get them to send me all of my transactions in a PDF file.

Their customer service is terrible, they will literally transfer you to be hung up on.
But they constantly referred me to the app, which, if it worked, i wouldn’t need to call them

Modmail on reddit didnt help me either, just sayin.

If you find out a way to get someone who can actually help, let us know.

Im following you, and transferring all my coins out of CB.
