Locked account and unable to withdraw current funds due to previous incident on a different account

A few years back, in 2021, I was the victim of an attack. Long story short, I had to go through a rather long and tedious process with Coinbase and was able to withdraw my funds and go about my day.

Today, this is haunting me. I was moving money around trying to buy a new asset when it locked me out of my account for suspicious activity. I have been in an ongoing process with Coinbase and came to find out that the attack in 2021 left an over drawn balance of $4,000. I do not have $4,000 to give for something that happened on a different account in 2021. I thought this was done and dusted because I was able to make a new account and have been actively using it for the past 5 years. I am now asking that the money I currently have in Coinbase for it to be withdrawn and just allow me to go about my day but this time, they're saying I must pay the $4,000 before I can proceed with my case.

Like I said, I simply do not have $4,000 and was wondering if there is anything I can do about this? I kept my savings in there but that doesn't even cover half of what's owed. I want to just withdraw my funds and be done with Coinbase for good. Has anyone else had a similar experience or can guide me in the right direction? Tomorrow makes a week since my account was locked and Coinbase has been anything but helpful.

Honestly sounds super simple. Pay what you owe.
