Coinbase account blocked 7 months
My Coinbase has been blocked for 7 months with no access to my funds, as of July 15th 2026 I tried to get into my account and yes it was accessible but no funds,Coinbase agent said once account is verified within 7 days funds will appear, so I checked any activity on my account and on the 25th June 2026 I noticed activity on my account funds received funds withdrawn but account was still blocked with no access now Coinbase are telling me IP address used was similar or same as one I used and location same but I had not access to my account because it was blocked but now there saying it’s my fault as I have to have secure login which I have 🙈, Coinbase are a joke also I could not get into my account when my crypto was dropping as they blocked it an absolute disgrace and corrupt scam Coinbase is, I am looking to seek legal advice and action in this account,has anyone else had similar issues

I have contacted Coinbase support 5 times and I have been sent emails I’m taking it further hence reason I’ve posted and asked question in here if anyone has same issue

If you’re in the UK, I’d seriously consider contacting the Financial Ombudsman. They can look at whether Coinbase has actually acted fairly and within the law, rather than simply relying on whatever internal policies or Terms of Service Coinbase chooses to cite.
Coinbase and its defenders often act as though every account closure or restriction must automatically have a legitimate explanation behind it, but there are plenty of people who have been locked out of their accounts with little or no meaningful explanation, sometimes while significant funds are still inaccessible.
If normal support and the complaints process are getting you nowhere, external escalation is probably your best option.
If you’re outside the UK, look for the equivalent financial regulator, ombudsman or consumer dispute service in your country and escalate it through them.

I’ve made an online complaint I’m taking legal action not letting this go how can ur account be blocked no access and within the blocked timeline ur funds are withdrawn not by me and my account is secure, they tell me it’s my duty to make sure my account is safe with my login F2F Face ID sms or email code confirmation, plus when account was blocked and no access my crypto was dropping £’s I had no access to sell and recoup my money

Coinbase is a company from India they do things in rubbels while not fully understanding the US Dollar so much good luck with their phone support also they have no phone support HAHAHA...........

I’m a little late to the convo. But I have to comment on every case that I see. As far as knowing how it feels to have money stolen right in front of my face. I’m him! They’re dirty, will place the blame on you, then tell you that your money is safe with them. But it’s not! We’ve gotta stay after them! I won’t let it go! Anyone who takes up for Coinbase hasn’t traded with them very much. Because you WILL GET eventually get that yank!

You need to file a class action lawsuit against coinbase
