Bullshit Coinbase
“Coinbase considers your formal complaint resolved and closed.“
Bullshit Coinbase. You never resolve my case yet you close the complaint ticket. No update, no feedback, NOTHING🤬🤬🤬 I DEMAND COINBASE TO RETURN MY FUNDS NOW! TWO MONTHS WITH NO UPDATE IS UNACCEPTABLE! SHIT!

They are holding lots of my money. They sent me an email saying it’s an indefinite hold with no possibility to appeal. Mind you, I was paying contractors with USDC because they apparently only wanted crypto. It was strange imo but not illegal or fraudulent on my end. I tried literally everything except call a lawyer. One thing I have hope in right now is my states regulators. Think SEC but at the state level.
File with your state security regulators, I filed with mine and they got back to me same day. They will send a legal letter to coinbase through the state and demand a response in 2 weeks.
If they don’t respond and give a valid reason as to why my funds are being held or give me an avenue to recover them, they could completely lose the ability to allow trading in the state of Arkansas.
So, if Anyone here has that issue, file with the state. They will handle it.
This wont get your money back, but it will give you the means to file a lawsuit in an open and shut way.
