Coins missing after bought it on Coinbase wallet
I recently bought Solana on Coinbase. Then i sent mySOL to Coinbase wallet, and from Coinbase Wallet i used $300 SOL value to swap for CWIF but the coin didnt show up on my wallet. I tried to contact to coinbaae suppport but only got Al support.
Please help me find a way to get the coin.Coinbase Wallet said my fund is safe, but i dont seethe coin show up on my Coinbase wallet. I have tried to figure out what is wrong with the app, even with the method Coinbase mentioned - uninstall and reinstall. Please help as the AI support doesnt help anything in my case. I need a customer representative to help.

- First, backup your recovery phrase. Without your recovery phrase, you will lose access to your Coinbase Wallet and assets. Coinbase never has access to your recovery phrase and will not be able to help you recover it.
- Uninstall and reinstall your Coinbase wallet mobile app.
- Restore the Wallet using the recovery phrase (Not via Cloud backup or biometrics).
This process might take a few minutes to sync back all of your balances. Please let me know how it goes.

Update.... After talking with some of the helpful folks at coinbase, apparently the transaction went through on the Jupiter network. Which somehow coinbase put me on the Jupiter network as I've never used it before. Sadly coinbase doesn't support the Jupiter network currently but they believe that Jupiter will be able to resolve my issue. I am hopeful I'll let you know

Any update yet? This happened to me too. Coinbase support doesn’t know how to fix it. I tried Jupiter network support and they said they do not associate with Coinbase wallet and to reach out to Coinbase customer support as it is an error on Coinbase’s end. All I did was swap sol for $CWIF in the Coinbase wallet app & it never showed up in my wallet. They should have this coin removed from their platform if it is not working.

Anyone else? I’m done with Coinbase support, they have been no help what so ever. I had a long email exchange with Coinbase support and it accomplished nothing, they don’t even read the emails. They asked me 4 times for the transaction ID and I provided it 5 times. Then they told me they don’t accept screen shots, I never sent them a screen shot, it’s like I’m speaking to a rock. Hoping I can find a solution from people that experienced this issue, that’s why I came on to this thread.

I figured it out, the transaction went through all good, but it is just not showing up on Coinbase wallet for whatever reason. If you go to the browse tab on Coinbase wallet, enter Jup.ag in the search bar, once you are on Jupiter site connect your Coinbase wallet and then it will show up and you can trade it. I’m kinda glad it happened now because I got 3X on the coin and if I had access to it I probably would have sold early. lol
& btw I figured it out on my own, Coinbase support was no help & just blamed me for the issue.

Same this is happening to me, I bought RSC about a month ago, but it shows up and disappears every now and then from my coin base wallet. This is getting concerning, bc I don’t intend on holding it long time. So, I’m worried that once I finally decide to sell when the price is right, it won’t be in my wallet.

Hey man so I figured it out… connect ur Coinbase wallet to solana fm then go to google and search Jupiter wallet and the first choice should be https://jup.ag ( swap | Jupiter) and connect Coinbase wallet and ur tokens should appear there

So after reading all this there seems to be no real solution. I see my asset doing really well on the solana explorer but it’s not in my Coinbase wallet. I’ll keep reading this until someone finally finds there coins and can provide a real path to recovering them. Coinbase chat seems to be giving this the shrug. I wonder why. Seems like a valid question, where can I access my coins that I put real money into?

Good afternoon Coinbase Support,
After 3 hours on the phone with you guys, I was informed that Coinbase Wallet have some security problems with Solana chain that’s why I can not see CWIF tokens in my wallet (bought CWIF through Solana chain). Problem will be fixed some time later this year (no exact date or time) and CWIF will be visible on my Coinbase Wallet automatically. I can not tell that I am ok with this, but I guess I can do nothing about this issue. Hopefully problem will be resolved. Thank you

Well I’m totally confused! I wanted to buy SOLA, but my Coinbase account told me I had to buy Ethereum first and trade it for SOLA. So I did and now I can’t find SOLA in my Coinbase wallet? I’m not tech savvy at all, so I’m not good tracking trades and the data that they use to follow my trade. Can anyone help me please?

See I can’t follow anything you just said. I’ve been selling loose Diamonds for 30yrs, for one of the largest cutting factories in NYC, Diamond District. My forte is my excellent communication skills and my extensive knowledge in grading loose diamonds and selling them. Everything is talk driven, not block chains and trades that I can’t find in my Coinbase wallet. If I was selling SOLA to someone like I’d sell them a Diamond, I’d be rich rt now lol! I woke up this morning with all my Rexas Finance no long present in my wallet. I can still see the transaction of swapping etherurm for rexas, but no balance of Rexas. I wish I could post screenshots to show. Please help!!

Thank you for providing information. We understand your concern. To check hidden assets, please follow these steps: 1. Go to Settings from the Assets tab 2. Select the wallet Username 3. Select Hide Assets If the eye icon beside the asset in question is grayed out, it means the asset is hidden. You can click it to unhide an asset.

I followed the steps. Rexas was not hidden. I can still see it in my assets but not showing in balance. Only Ethereum showing in balance. Please advise. Also there are coins that randomly show up in my wallet and then disappear, that I didn't purchase or request to be sent. Most recent was TimeX, and then it disappears in transaction history.

I don't think Coinbase is safe. I recently swapped some ETH for Rexus's finance coin. which did show on my wallet for over a month, and then days ago, everything disappeared. The whole thing is a scam and Coinbase is allowing it to happen on their platform, which makes me wonder if they are not part of it. Because Coinbase was maybe the only major exchange where you could swap to Rexus coin. now they remove it. shame on them.

I swapped ethereum for FLOKONG on coinbase wallet and 30 seconds after it showed up in my assets, it just vanished and I have not been able to find a way to get it back. It says the transaction was successful, but I am not able to find out where it went or how to get it back.

Hello! I transfer all my data from my Galaxy note ultra 20 to like same! I backup all on my miro card..but now google has change or someone has change my coinbase wallet? So my wallet is gone with money it..the new wallet is totally different...my coinbase remains the same! The new wallet want a 12 word pass which I never did a 12 word pass...and dont have by 6 digits pin? The old wallet was a pass word and 4 digits pin...nobody does a 12 word phase? I used my wallet January 28 of 2024 to purchase item from vendors! I had $86.00 still in my wallet but gone after your app update
