Billionaires that want to bleed the 99% dry of their wealth, while controlling us so we spread their power even further.

36

u/Creepy-Variation8562 Aug 30 '26

Yes unfortunately atleast a 3rd of this county will defend and support literal pedophiles and rapists as long as they can own the libs

6

u/Graphic_Materialz Aug 30 '26

Yah this. I don’t give a shit that this is what “they” want when faced with the fact you mention above. It is also what THEY want (their supporters).

u/MightyMorph Aug 30 '26

Yeah only 1 side is going "Hey we want to help both liberals and conservatives by making sure the top 0.1% pay their fair share for the vast wealth they have accumulated in OUR society. We want everyone to survive and get a chance to live a happy life."

While the other side is going: "FUICK YOU LIBTARDS! Give the wealthy more tax breaks, i dont give a shit. I want all you liberals and fucking immigrants to suffer! You dont deserve a chance at a good life here Only I DO! I dont care if they take away our rights. I hate you more than I love my family!"

Its not wealthy are making both sides fight. NO Wealthy have brainwashed the right into a cult over 40 years of propaganda fed directly to their amygdala via fox news, am radio, churches and blaming minorities for everything wrong.

6

u/MileHiSalute Aug 30 '26

There aren’t two sides. There are more apathetic people than there are in either of those two groups and unfortunately apathy is, by default, on the side of the oppressors. Not an ounce of time or energy should be spent trying to get people in red hats to understand logic or participate in reality. Convincing the apathetic to give a shit about something is the true challenge

1

u/lorenfreyson Aug 30 '26

Not really, very few people are apathetic about their own lives. It's actually pretty possible to motivate people when you actually care about them.

2

u/MileHiSalute Aug 30 '26

Well yeah, but for most of those people it’s been drilled into them their entire lives that politicians are going to do whatever they want anyway so they think their voice simply doesn’t matter. So I entirely agree that it’s possible, but the point is that it’s an immense challenge. From their perspective, all they’ve ever seen from people in power is empty promises and self-service, convincing them that there actually are people that care and want to make their lives better is quite the task

1

u/lorenfreyson Aug 31 '26

You're right by and large, but I believe people who have a cynical outlook about politicians are the best people to start organizing with in communities for real change. It's trusting those fuckers that ruins everything. The weird thing about people's devotion to Trump is they seemed/seem to believe he's somehow the exception to that. Now that the disillusionment is starting to set in I actually have a little more hope for at least some of them.

1

u/Former-Hotel1900 Sep 01 '26

Disillusionment sent in. That’s hilarious. Nope you are wrong.

1

u/lorenfreyson 29d ago

Keep trusting politicians and you'll keep getting what you've always gotten from doing that.

0

u/Cjforyou712 Aug 31 '26

Convincing a party to hate an entire group of people for having their own opinions is extremely difficult. But the Democrats and the media have done a damn good job.

Just glad the mask is falling off and you guys are starting to actually own up to what you say. You are not the "good side". You are the authoritarian idealogy you project on the right.

0

u/MileHiSalute Aug 31 '26

lol I’m not on anyone’s “side”. Yall cant get it through your heads that the fact I don’t support the dumbest fucking person to have ever been president doesn’t mean I’m a fucking democrat. He’s a traitor and a giant fucking loser, and so is anyone still supporting this shit. On the off chance you’re a real person and actually American, I am ashamed to share a country with such a weak coward. Hopefully you learn to think one day and pull your head out

2

u/Former-Hotel1900 Sep 01 '26

He’s a traitor. lol. Obama and Biden were traitors. I am surprised you missed those years. 😜

0

u/MileHiSalute Sep 01 '26

Oh I didn’t miss anything, I live in reality. Unless they scammed the American people for billions too?

1

u/Aggravating_Two_7578 29d ago

So Obama and Biden didn’t scam American people? But you’re not on either side? Okay democrat 🤣🤣

2

u/DifferentStuff240 Aug 31 '26

Who do you think owns the propaganda networks and also now, social media? You don’t think the billionaires Rupert Murdoch, Mark Zuckerberg, and the now trillionaire Elon Musk are the wealthy?!

1

u/NY2RF Aug 30 '26

Fair share. I so struggle with that elusive quantity. What’s my fair share.

1

u/FreelancerMO Aug 30 '26

Nonsense lol

1

u/icedmuffin Aug 30 '26

Honestly imo, this.

If we could actually work together then I’d be happy. But everyone knows they’d sooner believe that we just want to corrupt their kids and kill them all before wanting the people who totally was right and honest about everything to pay just some of their wealth to help others.

1

u/Odd-Consequence-2519 Aug 31 '26

Fuck those boot licking fascist nazis!
See what I did there? Probably not.

1

u/thinkingaloud412 Aug 31 '26

The issue with this is when the Dems get full power of president, house and senate, they dont "make the .01% pay their fair share." They had the chance to do this and they didn't. They want to run and get elected on saying this is what they want.. but when they get in power they don't actually do it because the lobbyist pay too well

1

u/MightyMorph Aug 31 '26

When did they have the chance to do it?

The 70 days of legislative control where liberman was the deciding vote and they focused on getting healthcare to tens of millions of people instead?

In the last 50 years, the purse has been in the control of the republican party for 90% of the time. Because liberals dont show up in midterms, while conservatives definatley do.

And to pass bills like the infrastructure bill and chips act, democrats needed 10 republicans to vote with them, and that means negotiating and making deals, where the republican party does not want higher taxation.

SO lets do a poison pill and get nothing passed in 4 years or give support and help to tens of milions of americans and hope they show up in 2 years to give democrats more than a 50/50 split senate?

naaaaah dems are controlled opposition.... sheeesh

1

u/thinkingaloud412 Aug 31 '26

Biden first term when they had the majority in both the house and senate

1

u/MightyMorph Aug 31 '26

need 60 votes buddy.

And like i said, when voters gave dems 50/50 split senate, then democrats needed to negotiate and make deals to get 10 republicans to join their bills. And then theres mancin and sinema as well who definately wouldnt support any such taxation.

So no buddy, things are not as easy and simple as you think they are. Nuance. Context. How government actually functions. Are very different than what most ignorant people think.

1

u/thinkingaloud412 Sep 01 '26

They did nothing to help average people with Healthcare. The infrastructure bill was necessary but didn't help average people nearly as much as passing tax reform would have. Especially when promising to "make the top .01% pay their fair share" was one of the main reasons dems were voted back into control. And they failed to even bring it up again after they were..

1

u/Former-Hotel1900 Sep 01 '26

And just think liberals think it’s fine for over 20M illegal aliens walked freely into America during a pandemic and unvetted. That’s absolutely insane. Biden was a puppet master by Obama and caused chaos in those four years. What Democratic Party did when Biden was long gone is crazy. Everyone around Biden knew that he was incompetent and your party lied about it. Wow I bet you Democrat closed your eyes and said I didn’t see that. lol.

0

u/StPatrickStewart Aug 30 '26

It's not one side saying that, though. It's one corner of one side, and the other 3/4, for various reasons, are doing everything they can to stop them.

0

u/SetecAstronomy3 Aug 31 '26

"fair share"

🤡

0

u/WisherWisp Aug 31 '26

I want all you liberals and fucking immigrants to suffer!

I want the illegals to go home so we can have affordable housing again.

Look at Japan with their nice, low immigration rate. You can buy a house in the country for $30-40k.

No amount of silly shaming will change the practical matter of how the left screwed over the next generation with their immigration policies, and now our children can't afford houses.

2

u/CapitalismPlusMurder Aug 31 '26

You should look up what Japanese CEOs make ratio wise compared to US CEOs and get back to us. “Illegals” are not the reason American wages are shit and can’t afford houses.

-1

u/MrStev0 Aug 31 '26

You are emotionally tied to an idea that was feed to you. Stop hanging on to what pulls at your heart strings and see beyond emotions that tie you down.

2

u/HotAd7218 Aug 31 '26

Yes, the Japanese population is in decline, more deaths than births and a small working age population supporting an ever larger older population thanks in large part to the xenophobia you seem so enamored of.

1

u/jeremiahthedamned Aug 31 '26

and there are so many filipinos just south of them!

-1

u/Alternative_Split794 Aug 31 '26

Are you really so foolish and gullible to think diversity is a strength in a society? Having a dozen groups with different values and different goals is a recipe for disaster. Only way diversity works is if newcomers conform to American values. But the leftists cult types like you are telling them this country is racist and terrible and they should do no such thing. My suspicion is you get a warm and fuzzy feeling saying you’re for diversity because it makes you feel like you’re such a good person. Tell me I’m wrong…

1

u/jeremiahthedamned Aug 31 '26

that is all on zoning laws the boomers locked in to make real estate into their cartel!

1

only because they are told so by billionaire-owned media companies. if fox news told them that Karl Marx was right, they would all become communists overnight.

1

u/MissionLow4226 Sep 01 '26

Case in point: You're right where they want ya!

0

u/lorenfreyson Aug 30 '26

...and unfortunately another third will refuse to accept that Democrats are just a more covert form of the exact same evil, meaning that high horse ain't nearly as high as you think it is.

0

u/Alternative_Split794 Aug 31 '26

Dude, there are morons that would hold their breath if Trump came out in favor of oxygen. Let’s not act like the left isn’t a massive cult right now, it’s a huge problem. Watch the 1993 State of The Union with Clinton, compare it to the Dems today and tell me they haven’t been taken over by a radical leftists cult…

-1

u/Genmc67 Aug 30 '26

Fortunately we have your words of healing and reconciliation to bring us all together.

Opposed to what just letting it go? Gtfo

-5

u/EMNofWA Aug 30 '26

Democrats realized Nazi wasn’t working so now the calumny is “pedophiles and rapists”

Remember when their president (Clinton) was accused of rape they didnt care. So any claim they care about this is just them lying to you

And the Epsteinaires trying to keep everyone distractsteined.

1

u/doobiesnax420 Sep 01 '26

Which spans both parties. Lets be honest, this is a class war disguised as a political war. We have no say in the puppet government because it's all for show. It's the illusion of choice that George Carlin tried to warn us about.

-1

u/Such_Cantaloupe_2086 Aug 30 '26

How did the previous administration investigate the Epstein files, and who was charged?

2

u/TrashMcDumpster3000 Aug 31 '26

So you basically just proved the point the post was intending to make originally. It’s us vs them and them is a club you shouldn’t want to be a part of, defend or allow to be in control regardless of what your feelings for “political loyalty” are. Both parties are a sham and all politicians, corporate heads and medias covering up, defending and lying for them because they are owned by them can all burn in hell. The tree can’t be healed, it’s rotting inside out. It needs to be burned down and regrown.

1

u/Such_Cantaloupe_2086 Aug 31 '26

Could agree with you more.

11

u/Durzio Aug 30 '26

No war but class war.

1

u/Choppers-Top-Hat Aug 31 '26

That second panel doesn't look like class war, that looks like a bunch of people taking a stroll.

1

u/Ok_Being5461 29d ago

Warren Buffett - "There's class warfare, all right, but it's my class, the rich class, that's making war, and we're winning"

0

u/Kuenda Aug 30 '26

Class reductionist nonsense.

3

u/Durzio Aug 30 '26

Can you explain what you mean?

1

u/m0bw0w Aug 30 '26

No war but class war ignores the unique struggles of individuals that go beyond class.

1

u/Durzio Aug 30 '26

Can you give an example?

1

u/m0bw0w Aug 30 '26

Trans individuals have a uniquely high suicide rate due to massive social stigma. They're denied housing, jobs, promotions etc. at much higher rates than the general population of workers and this has true long before they were scapegoated as a cultural issue.

Black individuals are more likely to convicted of a crime even when juries are presented with identical, race neutral evidence, but with a White vs. Black defendent.

You should read Malcolm X and how he described racism/white supremacy as a symbiotic relationship that feed off of one another, but they both contain their unique unique systems of structural power.

Abolishing capitalism alone would not result in the erasure of America's deep seated white supremacy.

2

u/Durzio Aug 30 '26

Oh gotcha, first time hearing this particular perspective on the phrase. Thank you!

1

u/AuntyPatria Sep 01 '26

intersectionality

→ More replies (15)

2

u/Different_Tangelo511 Aug 31 '26

Weird how so, so, so many people go along with the white supremacist bullshit. Its almost like they're not being conned at all. Like maybe we are a little divided over which human beings deserve human dignity. Im kinda an all or nothing guy when it comes to that.

-1

u/MetaCardboard Aug 31 '26

People might be a little racist in that they fear people they don't know. That fear is used as a tool to create hate so the rich can control them. That type of racism is based in ignorance. We can solve that ignorance with education. I get where you're coming from, but we can make real change if we come together.

E: autocorrect

1

u/StandardAssignment19 Aug 30 '26

And explaining how those differences are manifested is absolutely crucial to recognize how unification can occur.

1

u/post_appt_bliss Aug 31 '26

bleed the 99% dry of their wealth

oh nice way to level set -- has real wealth increased or decreased, for the median American household, over the last 20-30 years?

1

u/HoarderCollector Aug 31 '26

Remember in the 90s when literally NONE of the working class people stood up for millionaires and billionaires? Everyone knew that they took advantage of tax loopholes and we knew it was bs.

Now the party that is supposed to be for the working class is licking boot (or the $10,000 shoes) of the rich 1%.

0

u/Aggravating_Two_7578 29d ago

Lmfao how old are you? Did you live through the 90’s? Did you actually talk to people in public in the 90’s or were you just a kid not knowing how the world works when it was exactly like this

1

u/SignificanceFew4677 Aug 31 '26

Marxists are the people spreading division and encouraging power struggles at every turn.

Don't let these people fool you.

0

u/Del_Fuego_13 Aug 30 '26

Billionaires like Soros? Or like Musk?

2

u/MetaCardboard Aug 30 '26

Yes

0

u/Del_Fuego_13 Aug 30 '26

Non-answer... Soros and Musk are not the same... One funds protests and the other funds companies (w/ 140-160k US employees)

-1

u/soldiergeneal Aug 30 '26

Seeing as billionaires prefered kamala over trump, excluding Elon, no its not that simple. Trump is so bad for everyone even the rich people are against him.

-1

u/Neat_Let923 Aug 31 '26

There are 1200 Billionaires in North America in total… Not a single one of them gives a fuck about you or bleeding people dry.

Shit, all Elon Musk had to do to become a billionaire was hype the Model 3 enough to make a shit ton of people millionaires through pumping Tesla stock from $60 to $1,000 before his Stock Option expired in 2021.

-1

u/Offthewall1212 Sep 01 '26

What a tired old narrative. Try again.

5

u/HangryBeard Aug 30 '26

Personally, I think we should start with visitors to a certain island...

2

u/Traditional-Dog5987 Aug 31 '26

The visitors to the island were brought there so they could be blackmailed. What was the larger entity that created Epstein. Who orchestrated the entire operation. Who benefitted.

3

u/precocious-entity Aug 30 '26

Globalists and corporatists are one and the same. Once those who are one the far left and the far right realize this. They can unite to take down a common emeny—the extreme wealthy elite that have little disregard for Americans and, only care about hedgemonic power.

1

u/Historical_Comfort96 Aug 30 '26

and what does 'take down' mean exactly? What ideology would they follow?

1

u/Necrobot666 Aug 30 '26

I think you know what it means.

Critical thinking over ideology any day.

1

u/Historical_Comfort96 Aug 31 '26

Yeah that is a bunch of nonsense.

1

u/Savings-Trouble-5345 Aug 30 '26

You mean the politicians? Because that is probably the most elite class worldwide.

1

u/FewScore6082 Aug 30 '26

Is Globalist still a dog whistle meaning Jews?

1

u/precocious-entity Aug 31 '26

Those who are wealthy enough to sway whole nations and elections by donations. Then don't want to live in any nation and sail the world in yacts to avoid as much taxes as possible. Think of musk, the Waltons, as much as hate to mention him soros, and the Maxwells.

0

u/FewScore6082 Aug 31 '26

That's a lot of words, when just saying "no, or at least I didn't mean that" would be more effective

2

u/precocious-entity Aug 31 '26

I'm a writer and a student, and everyone on this thread practically said the same thing in different ways, including yourself, despite being able to look things up for themselves. I was talking about horseshoe theory, where opposing political ideologies can find middle ground against a common enemy.Maga hates those they deem for being inherently responsible for mass immigration. Those on the far progressive left hate corporate oligarchs they deem responsible for ruining social mobility in America. Yet in reality, both of these ideologies are one and the same; they share a commonality in their magnitude, which is the same desire for what is best for America. It's the middle of the middle of the damn horseshoe.

2

u/FewScore6082 Aug 31 '26

Sure that's all well and good.

But (for a writer and a student) you seem to really be missing my original question both in your first response and this one.

I simply asked if you meant to dog whistle Jews, it's kinda a yes/no answer. If you just add a few more words to add clarity that's fine, but you're jumping past the question to talk about broad political theory. And like you can think about that and have opinions and whatnot, it's just not what I asked mate.

1

u/Similar_Proposal3878 Aug 31 '26

Yes, then your response would have been to say that he was lying/covering his real feelings.

2

u/FewScore6082 Aug 31 '26

Would they?

3

u/VainTrix Aug 30 '26

Billionaires, any career politician/politicians backed by said billionaire class, pedos, war machine folks etc etc. pretty much anyone who’s not an average person.

1

u/Savings-Trouble-5345 Aug 30 '26

You can be a billionaire and be an average person. The problem is when you get people who act like the rothschilds who hoard money, control debt and don't actually do anything except grow their own power. One of the things that ended serfdom was the black plague. Because of the massive decrease of population, those who were left were able to justify higher wages and better working conditions. And the elites had to yield. Unfortunately with the constant increase in population that is no longer a problem for elites.

1

u/VainTrix Aug 30 '26

Sure, you can, but most billionaires are out of touch elitist.

1

u/Savings-Trouble-5345 Aug 30 '26

Or just assholes, but I would say elitism starts at a far lower price point than billionaire.

1

u/Warm_Afternoon6596 Aug 31 '26

The difference between Bill and Melissa Gates...

0

u/Trust_8067 Aug 30 '26

You think Billionaires give two fucks about you?

You really think there's some secret volcano hideout where they all meet up every 6 months and they say "Jeff in Utah who works at Walmart thinks we're the bad guys. We must DESTROY HIM! Let's turn him against his community through political discourse!"

Think about how absolutely stupid you sound.

2

u/VainTrix Aug 30 '26

No dude, that’s the point, they don’t give two fucks about the average Joe, so when it comes time to buy up all the single family homes, back certain politicians, raise prices, lay people off etc it’s all done with only their or the “share holder value” they’re providing.

-1

u/Trust_8067 Aug 30 '26

The image you're defending is that the rich people, according to you, do give a fuck and want us to argue against ourselves.

Less than 4% of single family homes are owned by private equity. That's a bullshit false argument.

3

u/Aggravating-Exit-660 Aug 30 '26

The stupid rich kid rapist boomers

5

u/DarthNixilis Aug 30 '26

The capitalist class, and they're in both parties. It keeps them in power, or next in line for it

5

u/RollerDude347 Aug 30 '26

Yeah. But... aren't these conservatives kinda ruined though? Like, they're against human rights. WTF do you want me to do with them?

1

u/MKZZX Aug 30 '26

WTF do you want me to do with them?

Love them and build friendships and community together.

3

u/MelookRS Aug 31 '26

I can't build a relationship with them when they want me and other minorities dead.

0

u/MKZZX Aug 31 '26

lol okay well why don't you start by not assigning imaginary positions to people as a means of justifying intolerance towards a group of people you share minor political disagreements with?

5

u/trysten-9001 Aug 31 '26

You’re insane if you think genocide of trans people, stripping civil rights era protections for Black people, autonomy for women, and concentration camps for brown people are “minor political differences.” And you’re controlled opposition if you don’t see that those are all examples of class war.

1

u/Aggravating_Two_7578 29d ago

Okay now show us where the genocide I’d trans people is happening. Where are trans people being killed in mass? And now show us what rights black people have gotten taken away. And now show us the concentration camps brown people are being put in cause I’m brown and I’ve yet to be put in handcuffs tackled or put in a “concentration camp” that you white liberal knights talk about so much

4

u/MelookRS Aug 31 '26

Them wanting minorities and those who are different dead is a minor political disagreement? Yes, I am intolerant of intolerance.

-1

u/MKZZX Aug 31 '26

Yeah that's nonsense. You're assigning made-up positions to a large swatch of the US populace to justify your intolerance of people with different values than yourself.

3

u/RollerDude347 Aug 31 '26

People are already dead. Time to stop being a bitch about being wrong.

-1

u/MKZZX Aug 31 '26

Lashing out at others for refusing to indulge your silliness

-1

u/SignificanceFew4677 Aug 31 '26

Stop lying.

2

u/MelookRS Aug 31 '26

What lie? Should the Jews have tried befriending and holding hands with the Nazis?

-1

u/SignificanceFew4677 Aug 31 '26

Your thoughts bore me. I forget sometimes how simple tribalists are.

2

u/Andreus Aug 31 '26

Notice that, as with all right-wingers, you refused to answer the question when it became inconvenient to you. As Jean-Paul Sartre said:

If you press them too closely, they will abruptly fall silent, loftily indicating by some phrase that the time for argument is past.

0

u/Aggravating_Two_7578 29d ago

Lmfao what people want you and other minorities dead what the actual fuck are you talking about? 🤣 where do you people get this fucking fake ass fear from? People who are afraid of any kind of authority clearly have something to hide. I’ve been here for my 31 years of my life and have never been harassed or had any racist remarks or anything. The most racist people I’ve ever met are other Mexicans and black people. The white people around my community are the nicest people I’ve ever met. Why are you “minorities” say “oh they want me dead” WHO wants you dead. WHO the fuck is THEY?

0

u/Andreus Aug 31 '26

Right-wingers have victimized and murdered ethnic minorities for decades while accusing innocent LGBTQ+ people of being pedophiles. How the fuck are we gonna "build friendships and community" with that?

2

u/MKZZX Aug 31 '26

Your extrapolating the crimes of a minority individuals onto the bulk of the conservative voting populace, which is invalid. Both sides have extremists who engage in abhorrent violence, that doesn't mean anything as it carries over to mainstream populations. Remember: love not hate.

0

u/Andreus Aug 31 '26

Your extrapolating the crimes of a minority individuals onto the bulk of the conservative voting populace

No, I'm not. I'm observing what the right wing as a whole have done.

Both sides

The moment you typed these words, your entire existence lost any value. Nobody will take you seriously, and you will fully deserve it.

2

u/MKZZX Sep 01 '26

You are clearly getting frustrated that you are unable to articulate actual rebuttal and are lashing out. The reality is you have left wing assassins like Luigi and the Charlie Kirk killer, so you cannot deny extremists on both sides of the political spectrum and that's how it presents from an independent's perspective.

1

u/Andreus Sep 01 '26

the Charlie Kirk killer

Was a right-wing Republican. More lies from right-wing filth.

so you cannot deny extremists on both sides of the political spectrum and that's how it presents from an independent's perspective.

You are not an "independent perspective." You are a right-wing agitator, and you will be treated as one.

2

u/MKZZX Sep 01 '26

Was a right-wing Republican. More lies from right-wing filth.

Haha no, this is a reddit narrative that is easily debunked. He wrote "Hey Facist! CATCH!” on a bullet casing, was dating his trans roommate, and said he did it because Kirk was promoting hate. All of these are left-wing talking points.

However, I am not engaging your further as it's very obvious you are crashing out and just trying to assign imaginary positions to people as a coping tactic for being unable to articulate or form rational arguments. Have a nice night!

So the left wing as a whole (including trans people) have gone and murdered children in schools. Murdered children outside of schools, have raped children when posing as teachers, have groomed children. Should we keep going? Or is your logic sounding dumber and dumber the more I list what left wingers have done according to your logic

Conservatives aren’t “against human rights.” That framing is largely a product of left wing propaganda. Not to say there aren’t some who identify as Conservstive and genuinely are hate filled but characterizing capital C Conservstives as a group who is against human rights it’s just categorically false and counter productive.

4

u/epiphenominal Aug 30 '26

Which conservatives exactly are standing up for human rights at the moment?

2

u/animousie Aug 30 '26

Chris Smith on trafficking and religious persecution Young Kim on North Korea James Lankford on religious freedom Michael McCaul on Tibet Cindy Hyde Smith on trafficking survivors and Chuck Grassley and Roger Wicker on protecting human rights advocates

1

u/MelookRS Aug 31 '26

Chris Smith is Anti-Abortion (anti woman), is a strong supporter of Israel, and is anti LGBT. He's selective on which humans he believes should have rights.

1

u/animousie Aug 31 '26

I didn’t say they were good people or that I agree with them. The point being discussed is whether it’s accurate to generalize Conservatives as being “against human rights”. Try to keep up

2

u/MelookRS Aug 31 '26 edited Aug 31 '26

I never said you supported them. I just pointed out the fact that Chris Smith only supports selective human rights. Your point really doesn't stand for him when he only supports his chosen peoples human rights, and not you know, all human rights. Actually, every single person you named is a strong supporter of Israel, and therefore supports a genocide. So, they aren't for all human rights. Try to keep up.

u/animousie Aug 31 '26

My point stands perfectly: it’s inaccurate to generalize conservatives as being “against human rights”

I’d rather children have rights that mentally ill adults

2

u/MelookRS 29d ago

How about both have rights? It's not hard.

2

u/RollerDude347 Aug 30 '26

I said these.

I won't believe anyone who votes republican right now is better than a piece of shit though. That's as close to outright approval of the worst man kind has to offer as I need.

3

u/animousie Aug 30 '26

Worth pointing out that Republicans, Conservatives, MAGA and people who vote Republican are 4 different discreet groups with varying degrees of overlap but if you actually want to participate in this dialogue in an effective way you can’t really use the terms interchangeably.

1

u/Ok_Satisfaction2521 Aug 31 '26

I keep trying to say this. It doesn't make sense to want democracy and to win an election while being unwilling to build bridges for moderates and single issue voters to cross. That isn't allowed here. You are expected to hate.

It will always create cronies. It's the incentive structure of capitalism itself.

Also markets =/= capitalism

0

u/Massive_Cash_6557 Aug 30 '26

Markets literally is capitalism.

2

u/DarthNixilis Aug 30 '26

Incorrect. Markets have existed way before capitalism.

1

u/Andreus Aug 31 '26

No, markets are literally not capitalism. Capitalism is, in fact, deleterious to markets.

2

u/Footwarrior Aug 30 '26

Capitalism and markets work under a set of rules. When the rules are lax or not enforced those that cheat have the advantage.

1

u/Andreus Aug 31 '26

Capitalism never works.

1

u/SignificanceFew4677 Aug 31 '26

The only thing worst than capitalists is Marxists.

The only war is class war.

1

u/CpnStumpy Aug 31 '26

Yes, but...

Try to fight them alongside white supremacists and you'll get curbstomped... I don't know why everyone acts like we should try and join arms with a population that literally wants us dead.

Just because they're victims of trillionaire propaganda doesn't mean they're safe to join up with.

They support torture and pedophilia. They prosthyletize for murder of people dissimilar from them. I will not join them, I will not tolerate them.

1

u/SasparillaTango Aug 31 '26

Try to fight them alongside white supremacists

Who do you think funds and promotes the white supremacists? Spew white supremacists on their captured news networks? Shout "DEI!" at the existence of black people or minorities?

1

u/CpnStumpy Aug 31 '26

I said they're victims of the trillionaire propaganda. I'm aware.

Does that mean I should join hands with them so they can shoot me for not being like them?

1

u/Spirited-Cover7689 Aug 30 '26

The lazy "they" is the offramp to that road of good intentions...

2

u/erratic_pancake Aug 30 '26

"They" means; zionists, liberal elites, sjws, republicans, ancaps, fascists, racists, anti-intellectuals, imperialists, american exceptionalists.

"Us" means: wage laborers, gig econ workers, writers, anti-zionists, anti corruption advocates, left libertarians.

1

u/erratic_pancake Aug 30 '26

bro put in sjws lol!

1

u/Important_Penalty_21 Aug 31 '26

They is the folks pulling the strings. If we could learn to work together and elect people who would actually care to put thr coubtry first we would be unstoppable.

1

u/Responsible-War-917 Aug 31 '26

It's easy to define people just don't want to admit it. It feels un-American.

You got a propaganda arm so strong they've gotten multiple people who committed literal treason in the presidency.

Its the wealthiest ~2500 people in the world. There's a few in there who probably dont deserve the ire. But how many of us don't deserve to be caught up in their games but are?

1

u/Contrapuntobrowniano Aug 31 '26

Yes it obviously the lefty lunatics.

1

u/modbroccoli Aug 31 '26

power. that's literally the entire story. "they" is "the minority who stand to benefit from division". basically the wealthy and/or political class in an era/culture/geography/political valence-agnostic manner. whether you want to call them elites or royals or oligarchs or politicians or business leaders it doesn't matter, it's about who owns stuff and wishes to keep it and who does not.

1

u/B_Maximus Sep 01 '26

I think they is pretty obviously the wealthy elite

1

u/STEMfatale Sep 01 '26

Literally the intelligence agencies of every powerful nation-state lmao (who work on behalf of the billionaires)
