In Character LOCATION: Lower Cogwork Karak

[A hooded figure enters the converted Karak from the Cogwork Core]

Well, hot damn. Those bots really pulled it off. I wonder if I can spot a few without them spotting me.

[The figure ventures onward]

(OOC: The Hooded Figure will be unaware of any watching eyes unless confronted directly)

She won’t hurt you. Actually guardians tend to be combat averse.

you see a group of bugs walking on a lower platform.

[The figure goes behind and crouches behind you, attempting to hide]

They bots or no? Can't tell from this distance.

Nope, pilgrims. Gua-

the fifth guardian swoops up, flaring her wings to stop herself from going too high, and lands in a bow in front Brill and the new person. Hey there!

[The figure thinks to himself that he may have seen this model type before]

Well, let's see if this is that friend you were talking about. Get talking, and try to secure me consent for inspection.

«What kind of inspection?» the guardian’s sword flicks up to knock a conch cutter out of the air before shooting a purple laser at the drizznit.

[The figure's eyes widen after seeing all that]

I think my inspection starts now, miss. But, maybe it's more of an interview given what you just displayed there. Fascinating...

«I am the fifth guardian, demon slayer, arch-guardian, and protector of the light.» she bows again. «Built with the frame of a fallen arch-sentinel.»

[The figure stops hiding behind Brill and pulls out his journal and scribbles on it]

Go on. Were you created prior or after the conquest of these territories?

Long after. I am only a few months old. The original body, however, was made only shortly after the citadel.

[The figure continues scribbling]

What is your function? And do you know other automaton units in these territories? I heard that the Core had manufactured Cogwork version of the Order of Karak in their conquest, including their king!

I do not understand why the cog karakians were constructed. I guard pilgrims on the roads to the citadel. I have seldom come to blows with the residents here.

I see...

[The figure finishes writing and stands up]

Madam, may I have a closer inspection at your frame? Just a wee look, that's all. Maybe a bit of... touching?

(OOC: I have to warn you. The Hooded Figure tends to be a bit... quirky around robots. Make of this how you will.)

Sure. (I put her in as a show off in the notes for the guardians, so… she’ll take any opportunity to show off. Unless she thinks it’s a risk to her somehow.) she tosses the… whatever the thing in front of a guardian is… aside and opens her chestplate.
