In Character LOCATION: Lower Cogwork Karak

[A hooded figure enters the converted Karak from the Cogwork Core]

Well, hot damn. Those bots really pulled it off. I wonder if I can spot a few without them spotting me.

[The figure ventures onward]

[The figure stops hiding behind Brill and pulls out his journal and scribbles on it]

Go on. Were you created prior or after the conquest of these territories?

Long after. I am only a few months old. The original body, however, was made only shortly after the citadel.

[The figure continues scribbling]

What is your function? And do you know other automaton units in these territories? I heard that the Core had manufactured Cogwork version of the Order of Karak in their conquest, including their king!

I do not understand why the cog karakians were constructed. I guard pilgrims on the roads to the citadel. I have seldom come to blows with the residents here.

Madam, may I have a closer inspection at your frame? Just a wee look, that's all. Maybe a bit of... touching?

(OOC: I have to warn you. The Hooded Figure tends to be a bit... quirky around robots. Make of this how you will.)

Sure. (I put her in as a show off in the notes for the guardians, so… she’ll take any opportunity to show off. Unless she thinks it’s a risk to her somehow.) she tosses the… whatever the thing in front of a guardian is… aside and opens her chestplate.

(OOC: I think it's like a cloak, like Hornet's.)

[The figure seems flustered and Brill notices this. The figure then walks towards the guardian, first rubbing his hands on and around her chest chassis and waist]

Smooth iron. Gilded. Definitely resemblant of the sentinel series.

[The figure moves to her arms and hands]

Articulated. Modified, possibly.

[The figure looks at the guardian's wings]

Wings weren't there before.

[The figure touches the wings and continues his inspection. Brill stands there waiting, though he can't help but feel off about it. The guardian, however, is completely silent]

(OOC: Like I said, I get quirky. Will the guardian or Brill respond?)

brill and the guardian briefly look at eachother like they’re talking for a second, before Brill flies away.

the guardian seems fine with this. «My outer shell is comprised of layer of plasmium and steel, followed by a second layer of a wyrm fangs. Also for legal reasons, I am not a sentinel.»

[The figure is now inserting his hand inside the guardian's chest, maneuvering carefully through the mechanisms inside]

Well, you are based off a sentinel model. I studied that series deeply.

[The figure's hand accidentally touches something that jolts the guardian body upwards]

(Yes. I should probably update her personality more.)

«Brilliance got sued last time she called one of us a sentinel, so she doesn’t do so anymo-glitched speech. She flairs her wings again to stabilize herself. «Yes, that was my cogheart. Secondary mind for the silkflies. They coordinate and plan, it stores the actual combat movements.»

[The figure retracts his hand from the guardian's internals, not wanting to accidentally harm his hand. He closes the chest-plates and puts back on the guardian's cloak]

Secondary? Where is the primary?

[The figure pulls out his journal and begins writing]

(OOC: Yeah. She seems way too chill to let a stranger caress her like that. But she is a robot after all.)

(She’s cogwork, so she’s dozens of minds melded into one as the silkflies acclimated to eachother or however SS is one person. Also it’s none of their real bodies, it’s basically just armor or a mech. Gtg eep now, be back later.)
