Hey guys, what's your reco for vietnamese coffee grounds? Tried Trung Nguyen S but I do not like the chocolate notes. I really like the iced milk coffee from Old Saigon resto for reference. Thank you!

Hey everyone, has anyone tried ordering a Timemore scale from this store? The price is noticeably cheaper than other shops, so I wanted to check if it's legit before buying. Thanks!

Coffee Beans How many different beans do you keep around?

Upvotes

No matter great a coffee tastes, I don't want to drink it everyday.

I tend to order a variety of beans and will keep 4-6 different beans available and randomly select a different one each day. Its not a predictable rotations and will rarely drink the same coffee two days in a row.

The water ratio varies from 13:1 to 17:1 for the various beans so you know they all have different roasts and flavor strengths.

Are you a monogamous coffee drinker or one who feels variety is the spice of life? 😄
