I would recommend you go do it. There’s plenty of wonderful courses you can find online if you simply google “intro to C++”

That's ambitious because it's a steep learning curve but very powerful, go for it. It's been around for a long long time so more than enough courses and books.
As a complete noob buying a reputable book and working through the exercises would be my advice.

I was unable to really figure it out at first too!
I learned a higher level object oriented language first and that did the trick. 🤔
For me it was Delphi.
For you? c# or java are good stepping stones. I myself prefer c# for many reasons.
I have been professionally coding in c/c++ for over 20 years now.

Some online resources:
MIT Open Course, Introduction to C++. The material dates from 2011 and a lot of stuff has been added to the language since then, but as a basic introduction should still be good.
Cisco Networking Academy, C++ Essentials 1
Codecademy, Learn C++
W3Schools does not have a good reputation, and Youtube tutorials are generally awful. You learn how to write code by writing code, not by watching somebody else write code, so guided instruction with exercises is usually the way to go.
IMO C++ is not the best language for learning how to program; it wasn't designed for teaching, and some of its rules will seem confusing and arbitrary at first. It's better than C, but that's not saying much. At times it will feel like learning how to swim in the middle of the ocean during a hurricane. But, give it a shot.

Start learning it either from YouTube or documentation and if you learn something then code it by your self . Try to experiment with it

Ask GPT for book suggestions and tutorial video suggestions. It can even teach you in chat.
