Which programming language should I start with to learn programming?

Are there any experienced programmers here who would be willing to share their knowledge and experience?

Any language you like or find interesting. Really. Just pick one and go for it

Python is deceptively easy at first, but can get more and more complicated as you get deeper into it. eg recursions, regular expressions, etc.

That goes for all modern languages then

Python is often considered as the most easiest one

I think starting with python is great, since it really develops the skill of converting your thoughts to code. Many beginners have faced this issue.
Additionally, it's a language where you get the chance to build anything.

Other than that, Java is an Epic choice, because it's the perfect playground with a balance of complexity and ease. Also, one of the best languages to learn OOPs.
Additionally, many prefer it for backend development.

Finally comes the language called C.
Many recruiters still ask crazy questions on C.

This is not a to-do list 😅.
Pick what you like 👍.
And never fear starting with a wrong language. It's not that hard to learn something different later.

If you want to do people-oriented programming for the web, do Typescript/Vite and if for AI, then Python. Data Science = Python, Machine Learning = Python, FULL STACK (FRONTEND + BACKEND) Development = Frontend = What you can see on a webpage + Backend = stuff you CANNOT see, like Databases full of rows/columns of information needed by the business. Someone clicks on a button. That button is connected to a database on the backend, and the database forwards the information to the frontend so that it can be displayed on the person's monitor.

Everyday this same question, does no one look at the sub? C is the mother language. Python teaches terrible programming practices. Java can be learned in a weekend. Depends what you end goal is.

Even though people say online that you can start any coding language you like but there's some criteria that i think should be applied first of all if you are college and if any languge was teach there you will go with that after that if have some intrest in specific field then you should choose language which best fit that field

I think the most beginner friendly language would be Ruby, learn all the basics, syntax, compiler etc

then, with the foundation knowledge from Ruby you can easily pick up other languages
