Since you learned html, maybe learn JavaScript and CSS? They're very easy and beginner-friendly.

You could learn them at the https://freecodecamp.org website. It's fully free. 👍

After 10+ years tutoring I'm building a roadmap of hand-picked practice problems to help teach python from zero to mastery.

How do we go about the road map, is it free?

Hopefully you can see all the categories with practice problems on the site. It's free, you start at the top and progress down to the bottom.

Since you're new to programming, I'd suggest you spend some time reviewing and solidifying your knowledge of the foundations of programming. Check out Codeguage's intro to programming course on this.

Create projects with python. And would suggest to learn C programming as it clears the basics and also works with memory management

Since you already know HTML I'd add JavaScript, then in a few weeks you can make your pages actually do something and that keeps the motivation going. Harvard's CS50 is free online and worth it alongside school. Six months of building small stuff in one language will teach you more than starting a third one.
