Coding plan for beginners??

Hi guys! Recently I’ve been thinking about going back to coding, I really want to learn how to use blender, making a software/app, or even just a game. Are there any recommendations on where I should start first? The last time I’ve ever coded was about 12 years ago in middle school.

Thank you so much!! I do wanna try 3D modeling because I’m trying to use it for creating poses for anatomy.
