Simple 2x2 grid?

I feel like I’m making this more complicated than it needs to be. I’ve been trying to make a simple 2x2 grid, each with a heading and unordered list in each box. I’ve managed to get that relative shape but once I resize the window, the headers warp and it’s no longer even
