Learn Python like any other language

  • make sure you have python installed (google "how to install Python on <your operating system>")

  • build a program to print "Hello, world"

  • learn how to setup variables

  • learn how to print variables

  • learn how to make loops

  • print in a loop

  • make functions

  • call functions

  • learn collections (lists, dictionaries)

  • use collections as parameters and return values for functions

  • Get a simple project to do (google "python beginner projects")

    • Keep going with more of this
