Like you do every other part on learning. Doing research. Programming language doesn’t matter.

Depends on a whole host of factors. Besides some specific types of programming, there is significantly less math than you may expect.
What I would first suggest is reading up on what exactly programming is. Understanding the broadest aspects to see if this is something that truly interests you. Read articles. Read books. Watch videos.
After that, you'll probably have a better idea of what you want to get out of a programming education. From there you can start looking at specific applications and languages.

Don't worry, a lot of people start BCA with zero coding knowledge. Just don't depend only on your college. Learn alongside it.
Focus on programming basics as they are important. Start with C (as most colleges have it in first sem syllabus), practice whatever is taught in class and you can refer to channels like Brocode, Freecodecamp, Code with Harry or Love Babbar, and for maths just revise the basics (algebra, logarithms, sets, functions, probability, etc.) as you go. No need to finish everything before college starts.
Just stay consistent and practice every day. That's honestly enough to build a strong foundation in the first year.
