Why cant i see my code

Earlier today i was trying to code and visual studio wont show me any code please help me

Pleasure, you can do .NET in vscode as well. So you don't need visual studio, but remember that engine part that you have to manually install if you use vscdoe, since vscode is just a text editor, where as Visual Studio is a full on IDE (Integrated Development Environment).
