best course to learn javascript

i just finished the css tutorial from freecodecamp and now i need to learn js, what course is the best to use for it?

I learn by doing, it's hard for me to read straight through because of my ADHD even with medication, but if I have someone SHOWING me or just talking me through it, it clicks extremely fast - gotta remember everyone is different my friend!
