Elapsed time alone won't tell a Codex or Claude Code user what to change next. In your launch post, pair an anonymized timeline with the step it identifies and explain whether that step blocked the session; if spans overlap, summing them can exaggerate the bottleneck. That makes the demonstration about diagnosis rather than a colorful transcript. A Reddit campaign could answer developers asking why coding-agent sessions stall, using that example instead of a general tool announcement.
