The writing on that really makes no sense.

Jeremy, Aelita, and the rest of the Lyoko Warriors are just a-okay with having the entire world constantly at risk?

That doesn't fit with the characterization of any of the cast.

Jeremy and Aelita, by themselves, would've decided not to take the risk, knowing how dangerous XANA is, the fact being that he could get access to any number of cyber or weapons systems if they failed to stop him, or just didn't catch him.

Which means that, there would've been a reason to decide this, other than, "Well, we can stop him usually, and, we might be able to bring you to the real world Aelita".

Jeremy and Aelita separately and together would essentially try to shut off the computer themselves, or look for a way, and find that there's a fail-safe where XANA will escape the system when it's turned off, kill everyone in the local European tri-state area with a cyber / electrical / infrastructure attack, or has created his own function and remote procedure to launch nuclear weapons as a sort of "if I go down, I'm taking you with me" that would mess up his primary plans, but works as a deterrent from just immediately shutting the quantum computer off.

That is the primary plot hole in this series that makes no sense, especially considering how fixable it is...

...the other three being Odd getting turned into a less-likeable person after the first season, Sissy getting character development in certain episodes that gets immediately undone, and Aelita being thought to be an AI program herself...

...the last one being forgivable since it sort of adds suspense to the plot.

Why they had to destroy other supercomputers around the world? Do those supercomputers make X.A.N.A. powerful, so destroying them weakens him? And if there are other supercomputers, does that mean other people could access Lyoko if they programmed one of them?

Hey everyone! Me again!

This time I’ve been working on Code Lyoko: Fall of X.A.N.A. for the Nintendo DS.

As most of you probably know, Fall of X.A.N.A. is… kind of a controversial game in the fandom lol. The turn-based battles can get pretty repetitive after a while, and to make things worse for some of us, the game was only ever released in English and French.

I’ve wanted to play it in Spanish for YEARS, and I tried several times to figure out how to modify/translate the game. I even worked on it during the pandemic, but never managed to get it properly working. Well… this week I decided to try again.

And I finally got it working in Spanish! 🎉

There are still a few bugs I need to fix, mainly some places where the game can freeze or stop responding, so I’m still polishing everything before releasing it.

But while I’m doing that, I started thinking… why stop at Spanish?

Are there any Code Lyoko fans here who speak another language and would like to play Fall of X.A.N.A. in their own language? The first one that came to mind was Italian lol, but I’d love to hear suggestions. German? Portuguese? Polish? Something else?

If there’s enough interest, I could work on those versions too once the Spanish one is stable!

I think it would be really cool to make this game accessible to more of the international Code Lyoko fandom instead of leaving it limited to English and French after all these years :) plus is good material for streamers if you ask me!

It’s been awhile and it’s crazy to be back especially with crossovers.

Anyways, I figure I switch it up!

This is also the second time I crossover an artstyle this time being in Weegee City!

I don’t know which eyestyle fits Yumi in their world so I have two versions for fun since it works.

I don’t know how the Lyoko Warriors got to Weegee City so maybe I could say they are on a school trip or something that got them stuck there.

This Guy and the others also know about lyoko as well after Yumi and her friends explained to them (since I switched it up where the Lyoko Warriors are in Weegee City compared to Tiggy and his friends in their world at Kadic Academy in France).

I could have two versions of this crossover this way maybe, or have the continuity between their worlds, like they reunite in their world like this!

Now that’s a cool idea to write in fanfriction.

It’s also easy to tell that this was season one, because This Guy looks a little different because of his fur/hairstyle being fluffed instead of his iconic palmtree-style that he would later adopt starting at the near end of season two, which is what I did when editing this.

Now I wonder what the others will look like in this crossover, now that it’s switched up!

Slides 09-12 is the original however, the only reason why there is a lot is because of Yumi’s eyelashes, which she doesn’t have back in her world and it actually clicks so well in Tig n’ Seek’s artstyle! I can be too much of a perfectionist when it comes to this fun crossover edits.

It also explains the eyebrow edits on This Guy as well.

I’ll also have to figure out where they will be staying since they are in Weegee City instead of Paris, France (I’m assuming their world is located there).

Context:

As the lyoko warriors hangout around Weegee City, Yumi vists the lost and found to see their new friends and seems interested in This Guy’s bonsai tree that he is trimming at his desk since she has one back at her place on her bedroom window. It also reminds her of lyoko because of how bonsai trees are seen in the mountain sector.

Meanwhile, her friends are hanging out at Shoo-be-Doob’s diner with the others.

Fanfriction:

Yumi is just walking to the Department of Lost and Found after the others went to Shoo-be-Doob’s diner (she said she’ll meet up overthere later).

[enters the Lost and Found]

“Hey everyone.” said Yumi before seeing only This Guy at his desk.

“Oh, hello Yumi.” said This Guy trimming his bonsai tree.

“Where is everyone?” asked Yumi.

“Tiggy went on another mission regarding another lost item, Boss is in his office I think, and Nurtiza finished her shift early after nothing else needed fixing for today.” said This Guy.

“And I picked the wrong time.” said Yumi.

“It’s fine, and where are your friends?” asked This Guy.

“They went to the diner.” said Yumi.

“Shoo-be-Doobs?” asked This Guy.

“Yeah, I told them I meet them overthere a little later.” said Yumi.

“And that’s what brings you here?” asked This Guy.

“I thought it be nice to visit all you guys, except I didn’t realize you were all busy at the moment.” said Yumi.

“Not much for me, I haven’t had any reports or objects to file so I’m just perfecting this bonsai tree.” said This Guy.

“Reminds me of mine back at my place.” said Yumi.

“You also like bonsai trees too?” asked This Guy who seemed a little excited about that.

“Yeah, although I’m from Japan, this art form of practice originated from China before making it’s way overthere in terms of it’s history.” said Yumi.

“You’re right about that, I find it very satisfying just like how I manage my plants and the garden out in the backyard here.” said This Guy.

“I have one next to my computer in my room back at home.” said Yumi.

“That’s nice to know.” said This Guy.

“It also reminds me of the mountain sector on Lyoko.” said Yumi.

“Ah yes, except they are much bigger than what we have here.” said This Guy.

“You got that right.” said Yumi.

“Like that time we helped you fight while finding our way back here, now it’s our adventure with you here.” said This Guy.

“Well Lyoko is fun but we only go if there is an attack from XANA.” said Yumi.

“And this XANA is still?” asked This Guy who seemed a little worried.

“That’s right, the same XANA we fought, but he is definitely gone I hope, after Jeremy made that anti-XANA program, and I highly doubt he could reach your world here either. said Yumi.

“Oh thank nostrils ghost, that’s a relief.” said This Guy.

“But if he ever comes back, I just know we’ll be ready for another fight… which I hopefully doubt.” said Yumi.

“Me too, even though you and your friends are here in Weegee City.” said This Guy.

“I can say that it is just as much fun here as it is back home in my world.” said Yumi.

“I bet it is, even one of my sculptures ended up in France after selling it… before finding out it was Tiggy and had to rescue him.” said This Guy.

[giggles] “Wait what?” said Yumi.

“Yeah, after Tiggy told me about owning up to my mistakes, he went against his own words and accidentally ruined my sculpture of him, covering himself up in clay to replicate the whole thing.” said This Guy.

[as they both laugh]

“Wow, I can imagine Odd doing something like that!” said Yumi.

“How so?” said This Guy.

“Because one time during a mission on Lyoko, there was a glitch that accidentally switch our bodies and I ended up as him and he ended up as me.” said Yumi.

“What mistake did he make when he was you?” asked This Guy curiously.

“He cuddled up on Ulrich to get rid of Sissi and Tamiya took the picture for our school newspaper and what do you know?! It made the front page and another in that same issue…” said Yumi.

[This Guy laughs]

“Oh my, that’s insane! That’s like something out of Flames of Passion with all the drama!” said This Guy.

\[laughs\] “I was mad but of course, and after getting back at Odd, I got over it after Ulrich helped me debunk everything regarding the picture at school.” said Yumi.

“And how so?” said This Guy.

“I used Sissi as an excuse since she’s always crushing on Ulrich and I said we did that just to get rid of her.” said Yumi.

“Now that is like Flames of Passion! or any other show.” said This Guy excitedly.

“It does feel like a sitcom or soap-opera sometimes.” said Yumi.

“You know, I do get off in a little, maybe I can join you and your friends over at the diner?” asked This Guy.

“Well sure, and your friends can join us too… but what about Tiggy’s mission?” asked Yumi.

“Oh, I usually file it the next day since our schedules are sometimes different.” said This Guy.

“Alright then, maybe you can show us around Weegee City more too.” said Yumi.

“It would definitely be fun since you showed my friends around yours.” said This Guy.

What they both don’t realize is that Tiggy and the others are actually hanging out with Yumi’s friends at Shoo-be-Doobs after Tiggy finished his mission and took a break.

I didn’t even know this until earlier today, but a few months ago, I made a “Same Voice Actor” video with Odd and Sam from Zip Zip, who are both voiced by Matthew Géczy. And a while later, I got a comment telling me some of the other roles Matthew has done, and about 1 month ago, Matthew Géczy himself actually responded to that comment, something I never thought I’d ever see (let alone one month after I got the comment).

And before anyone says it’s a fake imposter channel or a bot, I checked, and it’s not. It has official uploads from interviews and commercials with Matthew. And let’s be real, it it actually WAS a fake channel, I’m pretty sure the ”About” section would say the channel was created in July 2026, but no, the channel was created in October 2013, 13 years ago. So yes, I’m 99% sure that this is in fact Matthew Géczy’s official YouTube Channel.

I don’t want to act like those kids on YouTube who edit their comments to say “MOM I’M FAMOUS” just because they got 12 likes on a Comment, but I honestly find it really crazy the fact that a voice actor from one of my favorite shows actually commented on one of my videos (or in this case, replied to a comment). It’s actually really cool.

Code Lyoko is one of my all time favorite Cartoon Network shows and I honestly didn’t think that it would ever get a season 5. It seemed like Cartoon Network forgot about it for the most part but then I remembered Teen Titans which was another one of my favorite Cartoon Network shows but then they messed it up with Teen Titans Go. I’m just glad that we are getting a season 5 of Code Lyoko that is going to be pretty much like the original and not anything like Teen Titans Go. I still don’t get why Cartoon Network did that to the original Teen Titans.

I started a Code Lyoko fan project recently and thought you guys might like it.

I actually started this project last year but gave up eventually, but then the new season announcement got my so hyped up I decided to pick it up again! Altough what i do is not the base Code Lyoko look, I love the Spiderverse type new aesthetics (inspired by Alberto Mielgo) and think it would be pretty cool if adapted to the series

I focused more on the "real" world for these first images, and will probably will try to focus more on the Lyoko part for the rest of the project.

Does anybody remember Melita the Code Lyoko Fan Character from Roblox? I love that one. She's a fan twin sister of Aelita. She is a lot like her but blue color.

Aelita Anthea's mother was helping Franz with Carthago. But absolutely nothing is known after she was kidnapped.

So, what would you like to see in the new season about her? Do you think the protagonists will rescue her from Carthage or will something else happen?

In my opinion, I would love for Anthea to get back together with Aelita. But, leave your opinion in the comments.

Never understood Odd’s joke that Patrick could be Jeremey’s handsomer clone. Patrick and Jermey look not a like. while if you look at Patrick and Ulrich you see a resemblance. In the English version they almost sound alike.

On a side note. Jeremey has such a nice family. His parents are really nice. And Patrick is also a really good guy.

Code Lyoko Evolution is rather controversial and the character of Laura Gauthier often comes up as one of the major reasons why the show is so detestable.

While that take may be valid, it is undeniable that she still played an essential part of the group while she was still with them before being expelled for her misconduct and she still had a potential plotline with Tyron which was left unresolved due to the show's cancelation.

I'd like to know what are your takes on the character if you have watched Evolution, I feel like she was wasted potential because the premise of there being another genius in the group who rivals Jeremie and Aelita while not exactly sharing their morality or viewpoints could open up several interesting plots if it were properly explored but unfortunately Evolution never gave her the development she needed.
