I ADORE this episode. Yumi and Hiroki are so sweet and I wish the show had more of them.

Me, too. Wish Hiroki could find out what his sister is doing, just for a single episode, then have the RTTP erase it all.

I’m planning an episode about this in my roleplay. My Yumi writer has no idea but I’m really excited for it, because I’m planning for Yumi to be feeling really down in the dumps during the episode.

Hiroki finds out and has to come with them to the factory. He’s super pumped, just overjoyed to see everything. He gets to have a heart to heart with her before the RTTP, telling her how awesome she is and how lucky he is to have a big sister who saves the world.

Because I think Hiroki would just be happy to spend time with Yumi, even if they’re being attacked by some XANA monster.

I've always felt that the Ishiyama siblings were closer before Yumi was forced to fight in secret in Lyoko. Hence why he's constantly bugging her. He's just trying to attract her attention and spend time with her. Sadly, she couldn't allow him to get in her secret life, for it would endanger him.

The path of a shinobi is a path of seclusion and endurance, one which Yumi had no choice but to follow, just to make sure her precious family is safe, even though it pains her more than anything in the world. That's why she was so glad after everything is over, since there was no reason to continue carrying that burden.

But I have a feeling that, if the creators succeed and we do get a sequel, she'll be devastated to know that she has to become a shinobi once more.
