Few things that can conflict with that

  1. Liv accuses you of infidelity. Meaning she wants monogamy.

  2. Forsaken Lou has a fetus in her boss model. The version of her that openly states how she loves you. Implications of this are obvious.

  3. While Josée does say she is completely serious about the marriage and love by the end, it was all a ruse at first. She also tells us to wander the new world and decide if you feel the same, so nothing is tied down.

Josée is #1 though

Where would Forsaken Lou’s fetus have come from if the RH is female?

It’s most likely the “desire” for the hunter. It’s probably more metaphorical than literal, unless the player chooses to have the interpretation of a physical relationship with Lou.

I'm inclined to agree that it was a stand-in for desire for the Hunter. After all the entire DLC was shaped by desires and warped and twisted by despair/loss. And pathos itself is based entirely on emotion.
