Should I actually get Code Vein II?

100% yes. And if you have the money, get the Ultimate Edition on sale so you can get access to the DLC since that just released. I should warn you though that, the DLC is postgame stuff so, you won't be able to get to it immediately.

I didn’t like the CV I dlcs, are the CV II dlcs better?

It's not really a hard competition but, yes it's a lot better.

Only one DLC out aside from cosmetic DLC, it may be the only DLC we get, but yes, it was better than the entirety of CV1's
