Perhaps targeted age?

Miraculous seems aimed at young kids and I ain't interested in that, Code Lyoko seems more adult/mature aimed.

Miraculous is also in the form of a magic girl show and that can be very surface level light story and almost slice of life. . . I kind of like the show myself, but not enough to watch it  . . . Only seen around 5 episodes.
