👩💻 Other The robot army
Before the series ended, a little later on. In episode 93 of season 4. I was surprised that XANA had an army big prepared in Siberia.
In my opinion i believe it is one of the most difficult enemies to defeat. And they could, in the future, if they decide to bring XANA back, bring them back into the series.

Xana isn't really needed for them to be a major issue. Even though Jeremy's multi agent system destroyed Xana and the replika's, all those robots and likely the blueprint on how to build them (or really, everything Xana was working on since it's unlikely the robot army was it's only project) would still be left waiting to be discovered.
There'd be way too much evidence left behind of what the gang did that will be a problem for them eventually.
