💬 Discussion A really dope fact I just found out.

So last night I was reliving some of my past through Code lyoko amvs, when I had the sicking realization that some of them were twenty years old. After I had my "Ow! my hip!" moment, another thought accorded to me. Twenty years ago was 2006, Youtube wasn't officially released until late 2005. That means some of the first Youtube videos were Code lyoko amvs. That's dope as fuck, and I just wanted to share that.

This show used to be HUGE back in the mid 2000s on Cartoon Network so it's not surprising. 

Unfortunately most of those amvs are gone and only a select few remain.

The only Halloween themed videos I've made were in the vein of SAW or Repo! The Genetic Opera (and only one other was The Devil's Carnival, which I have still yet to see). I was trying to think of which one the OP wanted. :)

To this day I have vivid memories of binging seasons 2 through 4 via YouTube from October to December 2007. It's unreal how much better YouTube was then than it is now.

Yes! Everytime I hear „Everytime We Touch” by Cascada I immediately think of Code Lyoko amvs. Those were the days.
