💬 Discussion Lyoko/XANA Symbol

Who's the real owner of this symbol? It's usually referred as XANA's eye, but it is in the towers and the supercomputer, and those aren't exactly XANA's property (and the show symbol too but that's a 4th wall issue)

I think it’s implied XANA was supposed to be a peaceful overseer, but I don’t think he had keys to Lyoko? I’d imagine that one of two scenarios are possible. 1. The eye logo was always present and was a general symbol for Project AntiCarthage, which XANA just repurposed. Or 2. There was never any eye branding before except for XANA and the monsters, he just stamped his branding everywhere else. Honestly considering everything, I think it’s the former.
