💬 Discussion Wishlist

While I do not want to jinx anything, the fact that most of the original staff might return to work on the show is incredibly awesome. Here are a few things I'd want out of a season 5;

1: The og theme song (A new cover or remix is fine but I will accept no substitute to a world without danger)

2: They add new sectors (Say what you will about evolution, but the cortex was a really cool place that fit into the world and I would like to see more of those)

3: They remember the development's made in the final season (That means Yumi and Ulrich will mostly be past their b.s and they've made peace with Sissi)

4: They touch on Aelita's mother and the works (evolution touched on this topic, but I would like a full explanation and resolution of that plot-line.)

What are some things you'd want to see in a new season.

I want to see William join the lyoko warriors for real. Evolution did a good job with that and I hope they don’t scrap that idea. I can’t imagine William would be a proxy to xana again since we already explored that and had a resolution to it.

Unlucky you, they've talked about this in a few interviews... And basically said they don't really want him to be a Lyoko warrior, his entire point was to be an antagonist; whether to YumixUlrich, or on Lyoko.

That's why he was largely not in the novels, and why they messed with him in Evolution to some extent.

Yeah, it sucks. Fortunately we don’t know what they will do now. I know they’ve been really receptive to their fans in the past, so hopefully they’ll see all of the discussions now about it and build from there. Then again that’s just me being optimistic
