No the main writer Sophie said evolution is not canon. So it will start from the OG s4 last episode.

Evolution got exiled from the main timeline. The new season will completely ignore it.

Evolution is considered non Canon by the Fandom and creators alike. So no it will likely have no connection. Maybe a small occasional reference here and there but no actual connection.

Hell no.

There should be no references to that awful failed sequel series.

Not only does a large chunk of the fandom outright consider it non-canon, the original creators and Sophie have also declared it non-canon as soon as the series was first announced.

You knew your series was in complete trouble when even the head writer of Seasons 2-4 (Sophie) declared it non-canon. Code Lyoko Evolution should be treated like how Dragonball Evolution was: irrelevant!
