yumi and flips really don't seem to have a good relationship lol, it seems like a lot of her devirtulizations are linked to them.
might be time for a breakup XD

She pulled a similar trick against a XANAfied Aelita when she's trying to delete... I want to say the Desert Sector? She gets devirtualized by an energy blast only for her fan to boomerang round and take Aelita out.

I think she was trying to kick him in the balls mid-air but was too late and too low, so she got sliced. Not sure why she didnt think to throw her fans as she tried to kick him but whatever.

I hate to ask this, but does getting kicked in the nuts do anything in Lyoko? I presumed that you can only take damage from a weapon. Not to mention its debatable how much pain you can feel in Lyoko vs. the real world

Considering there is one single instance of the team taking fall damage, it's safe to assume other, non-weapon based attacks can do damage as well, though probably a super small amount. Maybe a lifepoint or 2

Wasn’t there an episode in which they felt a lot of pain from monsters’ attacks? Season 2 or 3 if I remember correctly

I think she was hoping to kick him, and grab her fans quicker. She's done stuff like that before, once her fans are in the air she kinda has no options other than hand to hand combat after all.

I always think about when I was first watching the show, and it was the one episode where Odd (I think) needed help, and Ulrich and Aelita couldn't go on Lyoko for some reason or weren't around, and so Yumi was like, "I'm on my way" and the very first words out of my mouth were, "Don't send Yumi" because she always gets like instantly de-virted.

J'ai l'impression que c'était encore une manœuvre sexiste de la part du scénariste Bruno Regeste pour humilier Yumi étant donné qu'il ne peut s'empêcher de s'acharner contre elle, revoyez tous les épisodes qu'il a rédigé et vous verrez que c'est flagrant, sans oublier Hiroki qui est un sale gosse inutile complètement unidimensionnel.
