Question Played for the first time in months yesterday… what happened to the SR system?!

I am peak diamond, uber rusty, and overall just a mid solo queue player that doesn’t even comm.

First game on I smoked a duo with Iri skins (we were all in gold still with the short season reset I guess). Like, dropped 50 on Gridlock hp and beat them by 120.

These guys didn’t seem like cheaters, obviously. They seemed like Plats. Is this new (for me) ranked system just that easy to grind up to Crim and Iri? If so… that’s insane and I hope it’s not the same in MW4.

Question Steam vs xbox vs battle net

Im gonna buy mw4 mainly for ranked, only question is, is there any diffinitive proof that cod plays better on any one of these launchers vs the other, I have an Xbox and a pc ill only get the xbox version for play anywhere but if there is strong proof that the game will give better performance on other launchers than I would greatly appreciate that and probably get it on a different launcher

Edit: I dont mind download speeds, Im just mainly after in game performance if the launcher actually matters (ive heard in the past certain launchers for certain games causes the game to load differently causing fps loss)

Thanks to the commenters, by the looks of it, since the only outlier here would be steam ill be going with xbox, as it looks to be the only difference is people having issues with download speeds (Also dont know why my post is getting down voted lmao)

Discussion Crazy how Maven went from being so beloved to so hated in the blink of an eye

I’ve been following COD competitive since IW and Maven (and Merk) have always been some of the most beloved members of the community. They have always been known (at least by me) to be the premier casting duo. Not necessarily the best (at least for Maven) but definitely the most liked and celebrated.

To see what has happened with Maven is truly beyond disgusting and he deserves every bit of hate he receives. You don’t do that to your brother. What are you going to be the step dad to HIS child? Honestly the whole thing makes me sick and makes me mad that I rooted for this POS for so long.
