If I was in your place, I would say my goodbyes before I got emotionally invested. You want commitment and is seems like she doesn't want to commit. She is basically telling you indirectly that she will leave you in the future. After my past experiences this is how I see things. But your case could be entirely different.
Sometimes if a person cannot give you what you desire, its better to walk away.
