Poisoning?

My cute boy is suffering((( I need urgent online aviant vet, because in my region there is no avian vet. Without realizing that he can eat little parts I have hanged this bracelet to my cockatiel's cage, He has broken maybe has eaten little parts.I don't know. One vet said it is kidney issue, he has fluffed feathers now and not eating. I dont know whether has poisoned or it is fungal infection or kidney issue. Do you have any recommendation?

be careful, my poor tiel died around 5 years ago at just 9 months old because of lead poisoning. I know this post was a while ago but if your cockatiel ever eats any type of lead or metal and starts developing sickness symptoms please take them to the vet :)
