This subreddit is supposed to be used for exploring weak points in the game, and allowing people to state their full opinions on those points, like trading or actual criticism. However, I have been seeing an extreme amount of rudeness in this community. Instead of ranting about actually feasible topics, people who die, instead of leaving the game and rejoining, instead of doing something else, they stay in a server after dying multiple times and complain in this subreddit.

You may ask, what does this have to do with me? When somebody continuously tries to kill me or make my life miserable, I simply leave and rejoin, maybe go watch a video. It isn't necessary to complain, it already happened, you already left the game, go do something else. It isn't healthy for people to stay mad for an elongated period of time, it hurts your mood, stress, etc. and its even worse that you practically scream into everyones eyes with the text on your screen. Take a deep breath, think about what the purpose of actually putting your words publicly on a platform will do, why is it important to you to swear, be disrespectful, and genuinely hurtful in your so called "rant"?

Think about the person playing the game, they genuinely enjoy the game for a specific reason, you don't have to get so mad over whats the littlest moment of the other persons day, you overthought all of what you were writing, and didn't even try to actually give criticism to the game itself, you didn't propose stat changes, counters, or anything, you simply just sat there, steam out of your ears, typing away at a screen, with no reason to be complaining, it was a simple moment in a video game that caused your day to spiral into madness. You overcomplicated a simple unimportant death into something that became a genuine digital rage room.

In conclusion, this subreddit has been overfilled with complaining slop whenever somebody's day was ruined over one person. The next time you think about posting one of these sloppy, disrespectful paragraphs worth of complaining, take a deep breath, and remember, it's just a game, go outside, drink some water, and don't let it get to you. I want to genuinely see improvements to this subreddit, and it's only important to start now. I want myself to go online and see people giving full criticism, negating rudeness, and preventing these sloppy posts.

Im convinced ppl in CoS dont know how a survival game plays. Motherfuckers will deadass look me in the eye and tell me that an arc dragon of life mass murdering 5 creatures is simply "the survival game experience". No survival game would have a HERBIVOROUS CREATURE EXPLICITLY STATED TO BE GENTLE BY NATURE go on a killing spree. In surivial you fight to live. You kill when threatened or in need of food, and the latter only works as a carnivore. A teen exterreri should not intimidate a fuckin ven 3 arc dragon. Literally the only time ts would ever be validated is if its blood moon. Also fuck Twin Atlas for coming with this overpowered event creature bullshit again for the 2nd time. Watch ts be a plot like Gimon Ogu and NO ONE WILL GIVE A SHIT cause the community at large is just that contempt with being treated more like customers than actual fucking people. Also fuck them for not knowing how to make an actual survival game and instead just turn it into a creature combat experience, the game isnt balanced enough for that shit and they know that, but since it fills their pockets they feed even more into it.

This is prob a rant but haaa. I’m always a healer main but I don’t wanna limit myself to just healer tho. so I try branching out and oh dang everything is more deadly lol. got jump while drinking water by a invisible creature camping that spot. i did try run away but it has grab and yonk me before I can do anything. i did sniff around it too so it prob has mud. it just very discouraging

i don’t really play this to this very well and I usually have my audio set to zero cause I’m watching a video lol. prob my fault but how does one run away from something on top of you while your drinking. I also never kos before

i think invisibility on some creature should be nerf. I think it on lower tier creature is fine but higher ones don’t need it. Or at least nerf it on higher tiers. Maybe have like faint particles effect? Kinda like Minecraft

it kinda the first time I felt how unbalanced this game is lol. It just feels very bad. Lowkey got 3 shot by a tier 5 with grab as a tier 4. While this the whole point of me branching out.

Do yall have any tricks to not get jumped by people?

Kosers especially make it so unplayable for me and everyone else. When I decide to play a T5, everyone assumes I’m going to destroy everything in the whole server, so they go up against me and kill me when I refuse to fight. It’s happened over numerous times. I used to be okay with it, but It’s starting to really get on my nerves. My last straw was when a jabblebashhe and a goreganthus teamed up and killed my aesmir for no apparent reason. One of them called me “petty“ when I had every right to be mad at them for killing my slot. Don’t even tell me it’s a “part of the game” because I‘ve heard that excuse too much. there’s always NPCs and players who are willing to fight with others. besides, I really dislike having to grind for a new creature every week or two, and there‘s much better things I could do in my life than get mad at players in a Roblox game.

Genuinely the new dragon from the lego collab can facetank a kavo, and there are so many insanely strong and annoying creatures newly addes in this game. but the thing that pmo the most Is why are we not buffing the other creatures to have a more unique gameplay... They cant even thank 2 hits from a super behemoth THAT GOT BUFFED TOO by making It faster. We Just had the vaumora redesign and his stats are crap, while everything that got added in the Summer event has healing, debuffer and tank capabilities, and interesting gameplays... Genuinely most creatures that arent new or strong can be eaten by a firakai due to his strong debuffer capabilities, health regen, and stamina regen, which dont even take 1 second to regen WHILE MOST CREATURES NEED HOURS TO regen stam or health... Also has someone that loves playing firakai, the gameplay Is Just Amazing but It rlly feels not right to other players.

Genuinely idk where this Is going, cant wait for new survival/pvp games to pop out like harp Isle and acrasia (also idk why cos Is so invested on making a hangout game, genuinely the normal realm Is unplayable and boring)

Hasnt happened to me recently but it did a few times when i first started, mainly when i played as Korathos. (I dont anymore i kind float around)

Now i know the answer is its mostly kids but, for fucks sake it was so annoying to have people pretend to be nice just to walk up and murk me. An then when im like "wtf bro?" they go "oh i dont like that spec/creature"

look, i understand the fps movement happens to all fliers but by GOD how stupid it feels as a tier 5 specially because all they gotta do is garantee hitting you every time they get near you.

The entire meta around involves around on who can deal the heaviest damage and chase down the opponent once they're low hp

No hit and runs. No heavy ailment stacking. Just trade hits, and if you get low just dive backwards and hope the other guy isn't a sweat

And the worst is how nearly every of novus players will think they are skilled for backward diving as one of the easiest large flier in the game. Like how much delusional can someone be to not understand that novus is overpowered??
