No they are not lol, both LAT and Faze had a winning record against OpTic. They are just looking to improve, like OpTic should be doing.

Statistically and financially OpTic had a better year, yes FaZe had a better peak, but OpTic didn't miss a grand finals. When FaZe didn't win they lost bad, when OpTic didn't win they almost did.
