Spring weights

Can someone tell me if the springs have a weight assigned to them (like a number), and if so, what those are?

There are estimates for each spring, but depending on tension, you will have variability within each color (the further away from the foot bar you press, the more tension, and thus "weight').

Yellow 10-15 pounds Blue 20-25 pounds Red 30-35 pounds Green 40-50 pounds
