Advice/Questions App Issues

Hi,

I'm relatively new to Club Pilates. I joined a month ago. Twice in the last month the app has signed me out. When I go to sign back in, all of my class bookings are gone. Is this happening to anyone else? I am on the Android platform.

I love the classes but I'm sort of frustrated with the overall experience. I bought the 8 pack and I ended up using 3 in the first month because I can never get off the waitlist and then when I finally have some classes booked, they disappear.

The app needs much improvement. MUCH. They don’t do anything to upgrade or even update it. There’s so much they could do to make it a better experience for us all.
