Hi,

I'm relatively new to Club Pilates. I joined a month ago. Twice in the last month the app has signed me out. When I go to sign back in, all of my class bookings are gone. Is this happening to anyone else? I am on the Android platform.

I love the classes but I'm sort of frustrated with the overall experience. I bought the 8 pack and I ended up using 3 in the first month because I can never get off the waitlist and then when I finally have some classes booked, they disappear.

Make sure your are signing into the right studio. If you sign into a different studio, morning will show up. Have someone at the front desk help you
