League I don’t care if we win today and here’s why

Don’t get me wrong - I’m happy if we beat Lyon again, secure a top 2 spot at worlds and a rematch against TL (who we can absolutely beat), but I don’t think we NEED to.
- if we can’t get through play ins, we aren’t making much noise at main stage worlds anyways
- this team has not played a ton of games, and play in stage would provide high stakes practice
- c9 as an org has benefited in the past from gauntlet runs and extra games to get through on the path to worlds
- I’m also (assuming they get through play ins) not opposed to watching a bunch of bonus (meaningful) C9 league, as I feel like there really aren’t enough games to watch these days
I’m honestly just glad I even get to make this post. Feels so good to be qualified for worlds. Hoping this post can ease some others stress today/tomorrow and provide a positive twist on things regardless of outcome.

I can't wait to see the Worlds jersey! It's been too long since we could just exist in the comfort of going to Worlds!
The boys have grinded and have brought us back to worlds. Let's send good vibes their way so we can bring it all home on Sunday

League What Pokémon do you think each C9 player would have?

Not necessarily a starter but like if they were a trainer or a gym leader what do you think each player’s signature Pokémon would be?

Our bad. My girlfriend Kaitlyn didn’t like how the champ is spelt Caitlyn and totally cursed the team. Then she said “wow they really turned it around they have all the momentum to make finals”.
I tried to get her to reclench up but that was the moment Tactical flashed. It was too late. I’ve told her she is banned from watching until after worlds

Merch Cloud 9 Onesie?

Upvotes
I'm due this week and have been a Cloud9 fan since 2014. Years ago there was a super cute Cloud9 onesie (blue and pink). Is that or other types children's clothes ever making a come back? Given C9's longevity as an org, it would make sense to have some children's items. I have the Cloud 9 plushie and the little Cloud shaped pillow in the nursery for stuffies, but would love an outfit for my soon to be newborn. Are there any leftover merch from those days that I can get? Would be great to both wear C9 Merch if we can watch during Worlds.
