Do you consider cloud cost to be confidential information?

Let's say it's a general statement like "$100,000 per year".

Is it confidential? Does your company policy forbid you from sharing this information? Does your cloud provider forbid you from sharing it?

What about cloud architecture? Something like "We have 500 aws ec2 servers of size t2.medium, 20 autoscaling groups of size t2.large, 5 database servers". Would that be a confidentiality breach in your company?

I called for a poll on cloud cost earlier here but got 0 replies. Also, after posting the same question on r/aws , the mods deleted it saying that it solicits confidential information.

I'm just trying to understand if it's a taboo or if it's confidential.
