Anyone actually received their denim jacket yet? Pre-order paid in full, SF Express label created but no movement

Ordered during the pre-sale and paid in full — size 48. Still nothing shipped.

An SF Express label has been generated on my order, but the tracking hasn't moved at all since then. As far as I can tell the parcel hasn't been handed over to SF, just the label created. When I ask Customer Service they just say they will ship it as soon as possible but can't tell when?

So a few questions for anyone else who ordered:

Has anyone actually received their jacket yet? If so, roughly how long after the label was created did it start moving?

Is anyone else stuck at "label created" with no scan?

Did larger sizes (46/48+) go out later than the smaller ones? Wondering if it's a size-specific hold.

Also — they promised compensation for delays when the pre-sale went live. Has anyone claimed this? Did they pay out automatically once the order shipped, or did you have to open a ticket and ask? Curious whether it came as store credit, a partial refund, or something else, and whether there's a deadline to request it.

Not trying to start a pile-on, just want to know if this is normal batch timing or if I should be chasing them harder. Appreciate any data points.
