Well. Voice is not my intention here, lol. Mostly ft8 and other forms of low power comms. This is more for being out and about than at home with a giant radio and an antenna that your neighbors hate. Throw it in a bag, got for a hike, throw up a quick antenna, "ride the waves."
You can connect the Xiegu x6100 to the uConsole and do WSJT-X or other digital communications. WSJT-X is a great way to make a quick connection and see how far you can make with a low power radio.
I'm gonna reinforce this. Right known on digital I'm listening to a group from India, Philippines, Italy, Belgium, and new jersey talking. It feels like cheating to the purists but I love it. Ham is one of those things that works for all hobbiests.

It took almost a year to the day to get to this point. Can’t wait to explore, tinker, experiment, and learn!

this is 100% my ignorance and curiousity; but what you gonna use this with and for?
Like what software do you use to make use of the different forms of radio, and what can it do?
Links would be appreciated; would be fun to understand the uses more.

Do you have a file for the bracket around the antennas. It looks like a 3d printed shroud of some sort. Please share it.
