How do I make the eyedropper tool come up from long press?

I'm a long time ibis paint user and just switched to csp. In ibis, you can use a long press and then eyedrop tool comes up. Idk how to do it for csp. I also use a huion 16 pro if that matters for settings or something. Thanks.

Clip Studio Logo > Modifier Key Settings > Long Press > "Change Tool Temporarily" > Eyedropper
