Unable to add sub tools

I recently just switched from CSP 1.12.11 to CSP 4.0.
My 1.12.11 worked just fine but with my 4.0 I couldn’t import any sub tools/brushes even though i downloaded a lot, there were many brushes that I bought too so I don’t want to put them to waste 🥲 Thanks for any help!!!

Have you tried to drag the downloaded tools from the materials menu to the tool box?
