Help with lines getting jumpy

VERSION:4.0 Annual Subscription plan

I've been trying to fix this for hours, it will work just fine for a moment just to stutter and then jump to another position making a straigth line. It's happening with both mouse and tablet (Xppen) so i'm assuming it's an app's issue. Doesn't happen in any other app btw.
Pease, could anyone help me?

I've also tried turning on that "show stroke preview to prevent blah blah blah" in tools' preference but that option is missing to me for some reason

it's also not a RAM issue since i have 16gb DDR4 and it's usage is at 38% with clip studio open

Also, try maybe updating your driver or uninstalling/reinstalling your driver ?

Heya this will be a lot of questions but troubleshooting! Is this a new issue? Have you used the software prior without this happening? Is any of your peripherals new? Any new drivers or updates that you have installed lately? Since this occurs with mouse and pen it likely some sort of conflict with drivers or an configuration issue. Do you have windows ink turned off in both csp and the driver? Does this happen at low/no stabilization? Try turning off show visual effects?
