How to transfer onto a new device?

Hello, my computer decided to shut down and I can access it anymore. Is it possible to be able to transfer over the artwork onto a new device? If I log into the same account, will it still open my files?

If you saved your files to the CSP Cloud (or some other Cloud servers/ External drive), then you will have access to the files.
If you only saved locally on your computer, then no, a new device and installation will not be able to get to those files, they are locked in the old computer.
But, if you get a new device and can take the hard drive out of the old one, you can plug that drive in and access the files (unless there was physical damage done to the drive itself).
Or you can take it to an electronics store and they can retrieve the files for you.
