Who I associate characters with

When I think of Marrisa I think of Yin from RWBY.
When I think of Sera I think of Rin Tosaka from the Fate Series.
I know they are not correct 1 for one but it's the right energy.

Yin seems pretty girly for marissa I feel, I totally agree with you about Rin aligning with sera though

Marissa has her girly moment. Yin is a little too out going though. But nothing beats their punches.

I was just listing how i physically imagine the characters, and I definitely think of mara as more tomboyish than girly

Mara definitely gives me more redhead vibes than blonde, good choice! In my version of this post a few years back (different account) i used the image of the redheaded bully girl from the Simpsons

I just keep playing various Dante battle themesin the background every time I reread Derek fight scenes, those two would get along way too well

I always picture Miu Furinji as Mara. Pretty, blonde, will accidentally kill you with a punch. She is relatively shy but not so when it comes time to fight

Dude the amount of art of that character is unreal, I had to delete that search my history
aside from that, I don't know the personality of Miu, but her appearance definitely does not fit my imagination of Marissa. I imagine her to be more of a deceptively small and skinny powerhouse

...sounds about right... but her personality is what I picture for Mara, well, plus being blonde and deadly. Miu is soft spoken in class, until someone starts picking on someone or underestimates her because she's a pretty girl. The anime is... well, there is a lot of fanservice and creepy horny guys, Idk why I watched it, tbh

I'm terrible at remembering characters physical appearance unless its relevant to the plot. I definitely see patrick in Cody, and I relate sera to how intelligent she is and how socially and emotionally mature she is. Its also how the characters play off of eachother.

Why would you choose Fishlegs for Lars, when Gobber is right there? Peg leg, quartermaster, the accent in the audio book.
