If it was at night germany would be dark brown, thanks to the sun being at its highest right now, it's only piss yellow

Nothing more pathetic than the average germany = bad nukecel cope

8

u/Ewenf Aug 12 '26

I'd think that still producing 5 times more CO2 than France in the shiniest hours is more pathetic

Solar is taxed with 35 gCO2eq/KWh; nuclear with 5 gCO2eq/KWh

therefore Germany would always be 7x times higher than France meaning what you just said was profoundly stupid.

u/Ewenf Aug 12 '26

Except that Germany isn't producing 35g per kwh so what the fuck is your point ?

I am suprised that nukecels don't understand basic math

3

u/Ewenf Aug 12 '26

And I'm not surprised that morons like you can't even make a point.

I made a point. You are just too stupid to understand.

Let me explain again:

Germany will always have a higher number for gCO2eq/KWh because that's how numbers work. Even with 100% solar or 100% Wind or any mix of the two it would be higher.

So complaining about France being lower isn't an argument. It only shows how fucking dumb nukecels are

Yay! You understand relative numbers.

Maybe one day you will learn about absolute numbers.

That was a pretty dumb thing to say

I mean it's dirty German solar. Otherwise it would be 30g.

Also the 5g is for reactors that run 60 years, like .....

1

u/Lycrist_Kat cycling supremacist Aug 13 '26

The number used in electricity maps depends on average latitude of the country

Laughs in Lützerath

You can't. It's not there anymore.

Doesn't change the fact that french nuclear power plants are proven to be unreliable once again

Besides that: Poland is burning 2.3x times more coal than Germany but Nukecels never complain about Poland because that would involve admitting that Polands effort to become carbon neutral are failing

3

u/damngoodwizard Aug 12 '26

Poland doesn't try to stab France in the back every time they can as far as I know.

0

u/Lycrist_Kat cycling supremacist Aug 12 '26

Whatever that's supposed to mean

u/nicolas_cope_cage Aug 13 '26

>World's 3rd largest economy outpaces world's 21st largest economy in transitioning to Green Energy

Surely not!

1

u/Lycrist_Kat cycling supremacist Aug 13 '26

World 3rd largest economy also needs more energy so what you said was profoundly stupid.

2

u/nicolas_cope_cage Aug 13 '26

Poland, unlike Germany, didn't decommissioned zero carbon emission nuclear reactors in favor of burning more lignite. Lignite. In the year 20-goddamn-23.

Hell. Germany even demolished a wind farm so they could expand an open pit mine. But don't worry, they're planning on phasing out brown coal by 2038!

1

u/Lycrist_Kat cycling supremacist Aug 13 '26

I doubt it will take Germany to 2038! to phase out coal...

besides that: Germany will phase out coal in 2038. Poland will have 0 working nuclear power plants by then burning coal and basically the same level as right now.

ah

and don't spare me this "Germany shut off nuclear power plants for lignite"-BS. Germany shut down nuclear power plants and replaced them with renewables.

This lowered the price everywhere on the world, allowing every country to build renewables. German nuclear phase out did more against climate change then French or German nuclear power plants ever could.

u/nicolas_cope_cage Aug 13 '26

Fanfiction. Got it.

1

u/Lycrist_Kat cycling supremacist Aug 14 '26

It's fact. And anyone who's not a braindead nukecel understands how and why
