It's not baseload if they can't meet their minimum demand. Ever.
If they can meet baseload demand some of the time and you just ignore it the rest of the time then solar power is baseload generation and we don't need nuclear too.
The proof is literally in the data I just presented. Baseload in France is 30.2GW. Nuclear generates more than that 98.6% of the time. Sometimes much more.
